Yoga is for everybody and should be about one thing: connection. Connection to yourself and in turn, to the world around you.
I spent a long time on the outside looking in, until I met a series of fun and inclusive teachers that made it feel more accessible, encouraging me to develop my practice and be curious.
Teaching in London since 2016, I feel my place in yoga is about creating opportunities for that kind of inspiration and curiosity in others. Whilst I am not teaching physical asana right now, remember that physical asana is just one of the eight very important limbs of yoga.
Curious? I’d love to hear from you if you’d like to learn more, either about the other seven, or just about the one we all know and love. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a call.
